-Is your hair 100% raw?

Yes. Our Luxury Raw Collection is 100% unprocessed raw Southeast Asian and Indian hair from single donors. Our Vietnamese Bundle Deals are 100% human hair with no synthetic fibers or fillers.


-How long does the hair last?

Raw hair lasts 3–5+ years with proper care.

Closures and frontals last 6–12 months depending on maintenance.


-How many bundles do I need?

• 12”–20” → 2–3 bundles

• 22”–26” → 3 bundles

• 28”–40” → 3–4 bundles for maximum fullness


-Can the hair be colored or bleached?

Yes. All raw hair can be professionally bleached and colored.

We strongly recommend using a licensed colorist.



-Does the Hair Shed or Tangle?

Raw hair behaves like natural human hair.

    •    Minimal shedding is normal.

    •    To prevent tangling:

    •    Keep hair moisturized

    •    Brush gently from ends to weft

    •    Use heat protectant when styling


Proper maintenance extends the lifespan of your bundles.


-What is your processing and shipping time?

Processing takes 5–10 business days.

Shipping within the U.S. takes 2–5 business days.


-Do I have to sign for my package?

Yes. All packages require a signature upon delivery for your safety and protection.


-Can I change my address after placing an order?

No. Address changes cannot be made after checkout.

Please verify your address, apartment/suite number, and all delivery details before submitting your order.


-What if I entered the wrong address?

We cannot modify or re-route orders after they are placed.

Packages delivered to an incorrect address will not be refunded.


-What is Route Package Protection?

Route is an optional package insurance service that protects against lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If Route is declined, BeYou Collection is not responsible once the package has shipped.


-Should I add Route to my order?

Yes — we highly recommend Route to protect your purchase.


SHIPPING POLICY


Processing Time

All orders require 5–10 business days for processing. Each bundle is inspected, sanitized, and prepared before shipment.


Shipping Time

• USA: 2–5 business days

• International: 7–14 business days


Signature Required

All packages must be signed for upon delivery to protect your investment.


Address Verification

Please verify your address, apartment/suite number, and all delivery details before placing your order.

We cannot change or update addresses once submitted.

No refunds will be given for incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Route Package Protection

Route Package Protection is available at checkout and is strongly recommended.

If Route is declined, BeYou Collection is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.


Carrier Responsibility

BeYou Collection is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays

• Lost packages

• Delivery errors

• Packages marked “delivered”

• Theft after delivery


Once your package leaves our facility, the carrier assumes responsibility.


Tracking

Tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.


RETURN & REFUND POLICY


All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of hair products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items.


Route Package Protection

If Route is declined at checkout, BeYou Collection is not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen packages

• Damaged packages

• Packages marked “delivered”

• Carrier delays


Incorrect Address

No refunds or replacements will be issued for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you believe you received an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Items must be in original, unaltered condition.


Signature Required

All orders must be signed for. Missed deliveries must be picked up directly from the carrier.
